Training begins with an explanation of why communication is important for work relationships, knowing with whom to communicate and form boundaries with at work, and how to keep conversations positive. The presentation gives tips on how to communicate by first listening, paying attention to body language, and para-verbal communication. The training proceeds to give examples of communication between student/teacher/provider/parent. The presentation concludes by giving tips and advising clarifying roles.
